By accessing, browsing, or using the Elite Care Meds website and telehealth platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Situations

Elite Care Meds is not intended for medical emergencies. Our telehealth services are designed for non-emergency, routine medical care and prescription fulfillment.

3. Use of Telehealth Services

By utilizing our digital clinical intake forms, you consent to receive medical care via telehealth from US-licensed physicians. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about your medical history, symptoms, and current medications.

Falsifying medical information to obtain prescription drugs is a violation of these terms and federal law. Elite Care Meds reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide misleading health information.

4. Prescription Policy & Pharmacy Fulfillment

Submitting an order and completing a clinical intake does not guarantee a prescription will be written. All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our affiliated, board-certified medical providers.

If a physician determines that the requested medication is not medically appropriate for you, your order will be cancelled, and you will not be charged. Approved prescriptions are fulfilled by our fully accredited US pharmacy partners and shipped securely to the address provided.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

You agree to pay all fees associated with your telehealth consultation and medication. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to process transactions.

  • Refunds for Denied Intakes: If your clinical intake is denied by a doctor, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
  • Pharmacy Returns: Under federal law, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have been dispensed and shipped from the pharmacy facility.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a free reshipment upon verification.
